Fintech & payments

Month end that closes itself.

Payment and bank integrations with an audit trail you can hand to a reviewer as it stands, reconciliation that runs without anyone opening a spreadsheet, and exceptions raised before somebody asks about them.

FUEiNT Technologies is a software studio in Coimbatore, India, building custom software since 2014. We build payment integrations, reconciliation and settlement reporting for businesses that move money at volume.

The gain

Where the gain is

The cost of a payments system is rarely the payments. It is the three days at the end of every month when somebody exports four reports, matches them by eye, and writes an email explaining the difference. That work is entirely mechanical, which means it can be done by a machine that never gets tired at four in the afternoon — leaving the exceptions, which are the only part that ever needed a person.

What we ship

What lands, and what you can point at.

Gateway and bank integration

UPI, cards and the bank feeds behind them, integrated so that a failed payment is a known state rather than a mystery.

Reconciliation that runs itself

Ledger, gateway and bank matched automatically on a schedule, with the matched cases closed and left alone.

Exceptions surfaced early

What did not match, why, and how much — reported the morning it happens, not at month end.

Access and approval you can explain

Role-based access, approval steps where money moves, and a log that answers who did what without an investigation.

Settlement reporting

What was collected, what settled, what is still in flight — one view, in the numbers finance already uses.

Infrastructure built for the review

Isolation, secrets handling, logging and backups arranged so the security review is a reading exercise, not a project.

The order of work

How it goes in

Trace one rupee

We follow a single transaction end to end through your current systems and write down every place it is retyped, guessed at or lost. That document is the brief.

The reconciliation first

The loop that costs the most hours is automated first, so the saving is visible before the larger work starts.

Integrations

Gateway and bank connections built with the failure cases handled, because those are the ones that reach finance.

The audit trail

Logging and access designed with the reviewer’s questions in mind, rather than answered after they are asked.

Handover

Runbooks, documentation and the code. Open source, hosted where you choose.

Andaman Holidays — the payment side, live

Payment integration built for Indian cards, UPI and overseas buyers, alongside package pricing and enquiry routing. It is a travel operator rather than a fintech, and we would rather say so than dress it up: the payments work is real, the settlement reporting is real, and it is still running.
